Aims and objectives: To find out the frequency of splenomegaly in patients with abdominal ultrasound Methods: This prospective cross-sectional study was conducted at Radiology Department City Care Hospital Gujranwala. A total 65 participants pain left upper quadrant were included study. Patients ranged age from 21 to 75 years old, 37 men 28 females. Statistical analysis then performed using SPSS.
